US DOT Number : $24.95 Service fee
Any for hire commercial motor vehicle needs this number, identifies you as a business to the US Department of Transportation. US DOT Number Renewal/Changes : $24.95 Service fee MC Number Operating Authority : $24.95 Service fee; plus $300 federal fee per authority type
Any for hire commercial motor vehicle operating outside the state which they are established, must have Operating Authority. IRP Account Set Up : $24.95 Service Fee; plus registration fees, will range between $1200 and $2000
International Registration Plan, apportions your registration in the states you travel in and allows legal travel in those states. IFTA Account Set Up : $24.95 Service fee; plus jurisdiction fees, vary by state
International Fuel Tax Agreement, streamlines the process of paying fuel tax within the states traveled in, must be filed quarterly. Form 2290 : $24.95 Service fee; plus federal taxes
Heavy Haulage Use Tax, a federal tax based on the number of trucks and the operating weight of the trucks. UCR : $24.95 Service Fee
Unified Carrier Registration, a database that shares registration with all appropriate agencies. BOC-3 : $44.95 Service Fee
Process Agents, this form supplies you with process agents for all states, process agents handle any legal documents on your behalf and contact you when legal documents have been sent, ex. Driver is involved in an accident in California and lives in Kentucky, the process agent will be sent any legal documents, this way the out of state driver can be found. IFTA Quarterly Tax Filing : $24.95 Service fee; plus fuel taxes
For drivers who keep their own records and just need someone to file for their Quarterly IFTA Taxes. IRP Yearly Filing : $24.95 Service fee; plus registration fees, will vary between $1200 and $2000
For drivers who keep their own records and need someone to file their yearly IRP payment. IFTA/IRP Monthly Records Maintenance : $45 per month for the first 10 trucks, $1.25 per truck after 10
Permit America tracks and stores all necessary information for Quarterly IFTA filing and yearly IRP Registration. Driver Records Maintenance : $45 per month for the first 10 trucks, $1.25 per truck after 10
Permit America will audit and store Hours of Service/driver records and remind driver of renewals, truck maintenance schedules, etc.

**Application filings such as US DOT Number and BOC-3 move to a flat rate once you reach four or more. The flat rate is $99.95 for four or more applications NOT including the BOC-3; if you need the BOC-3 included the flat rate is $114.95.
